1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aligngpsymposium.com website (the "Site"), operated by Align Technology, Inc. ("Align," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry (the "Symposium"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Invitation-only event

The Symposium is an invitation-only educational event for eligible Invisalign-trained dentists. Access to registration and related content is limited to invited delegates and is subject to verification of your Invisalign ClinID. Align reserves the right to decline or revoke registration at its sole discretion.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Align Technology, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Invisalign, ClinCheck, iTero, exocad and vivera are trademarks of Align Technology, Inc. or one of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, and may be registered in the U.S. and/or other countries.

5. No warranty

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Symposium dates, venue, agenda and registration package inclusions are subject to change; Align reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the event and registration.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
