The Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry brings together the most experienced and engaged Invisalign dentists around the world to learn, share, discuss, and shape what’s new and what’s next in digital dentistry using Invisalign clear aligners and the Align Digital Platform. What are the challenges, brilliant solutions, trends, and opportunities you and your peers are facing – we’ll address them together.
It’s an immersive three days of education and peer-to-peer discussion designed for the specific needs of experienced clinicians. The Symposium combines expert lectures and panels, technology previews, small group discussion, and clinical techniques and case presentations – all in a setting that fosters networking, community, and the exchange of new ideas and best practices in orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, and ortho-restorative treatment.
The Symposium is by invitation and space is strictly limited to accommodate the discussion-based format. We hope to see you there.

The 2027 Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry will explore how doctors are addressing today’s practice opportunities and treatment challenges with the Align Digital Platform, and preview the next generation of Invisalign treatment and other innovations designed to reimagine digital dentistry and the treatment experience in 2027 and beyond. Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort is our conference hotel, hosting all sessions. The central location in Honolulu places the hotel within a short distance of Honolulu International Airport (HNL) and of many of the city’s unique and enriching experiences and attractions.
Your hotel room at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort for the nights of March 8, 9, and 10 is included in your registration package.* You will be able to reserve your room in Align’s room block at the hotel as part of the online registration process. There is no need to contact the hotel separately to secure your accommodations for this conference.
Arriving early or staying later?
Align has secured a limited number of extra room nights for symposium attendees to accommodate travel needs. You may choose early arrival or late departure during the registration process, or email your request to our registration team at [email protected]. You will be responsible for any additional hotel night charges at check-out.

Transportation to the hotel
The Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort is approximately 9 miles from Honolulu International Airport (HNL). Taxi ranks are located outside baggage claim at Terminal 2 of HNL Airport – Uber and Lyft are also available with a designated pick-up area. Prices for taxis from the airport to the resort can range from $25 - $45 for up to four guests; however peak times, traffic, time of day and weekend pricing can bring this upwards to $120. Guests can lock in pricing by pre-booking with Uber Reserve.

Register
Please register online to secure your spot at the Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry. You will be asked to provide your Invisalign ClinID to register. Please note that registration is by invitation only, and space is limited to ensure optimal workshops and discussion sessions.
There is no symposium registration fee for invited doctors. Align Technology is covering the costs of the symposium to facilitate advanced training and peer-to-peer education for invited doctors.

Registration Package Includes*
- One hotel room at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort for the nights of March 8, 9, and 10, 2027.
- All Symposium sessions and materials, including Monday Welcome Reception and Wednesday Symposium Dinner.
- Conference breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Registration Package Does Not Include
Travel is not included in the registration package. All travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the delegate, including airfare and ground transfers between airport and hotel. All delegates will be required to provide a credit card at hotel check-in to cover personal incidentals and any additional room nights or hotel charges (if applicable).
Confirmation
Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a symposium confirmation email. Two weeks prior to the symposium you will receive an additional email with your hotel confirmation number and final conference details.

How do I register for the Symposium?
If you have received an invitation to register, please use the registration link on this website and log in using your Invisalign ClinID. Please note that the Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry is an invitation-only event for doctors. The Symposium is not open to practice team members.
My ClinID is not working on the website. How do I log in to register?
Please be sure you are entering your ClinID. This may or may not be the same as your IDS Username (the username you use to log in to the Invisalign Doctor Site). If the system indicates that your ClinID is not in the system, please contact your Invisalign sales representative for assistance.
What are the visa requirements for travel to Honolulu?

If you would like to stay additional nights at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, our registration team will be happy to assist you. Align has a limited number of extra room nights before and after the symposium to accommodate travel schedules. During the registration process, you can choose an earlier arrival day or later departure day. You can also email your request to the registration team at [email protected]. You will be responsible for any additional hotel night charges at check-out.
How do I change or cancel my Symposium registration?
Please email changes or cancellations to [email protected]. Please do not contact Invisalign customer support or your Invisalign sales representative to make changes.
I have a food allergy or dietary request – can you accommodate that?
All of our meals will be served buffet style with dietary guidance (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) and common allergens (nuts, etc.) clearly noted. Should you have dietary requirements that require special meals to be ordered on your behalf, we are happy to accommodate this. Please note any dietary restrictions or requests during online registration, or email our registration team at any time.
How do I pay for my Symposium registration fee?
There is no registration fee for invited doctors. Align Technology is covering the costs of the conference to facilitate advanced training and peer-to-peer education for invited doctors. Travel is not included in the registration package. All travel arrangements and costs, including airfare, local transfers/taxis, parking, etc. are the responsibility of the attendee.
What type of hotel room is included in my registration package?
A single occupancy Standard Room for the nights of March 8, 9 and 10 is included in registration packages. Any additional nights or charges related to other room types you might request are the responsibility of the attendee.
Can I bring a guest to the Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry?
The Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry is designed as a by-invitation educational event for Invisalign dentists. There is not a program for spouses or guests; however, you may register up to two (2) personal guests to attend the Monday Welcome Networking Session and Wednesday Symposium Dinner for US $300 per guest. Guest registration is strictly limited to these two events and does not include any conference meals or sessions. Guest attendees must be at least 18 years of age. A separate hotel room is not included for guest registration. To register a guest, you will need to provide credit card payment during the registration process.
Can children attend Symposium events?
No – the Align Symposium on the Future of Digital Dentistry is designed as a by-invitation educational event for Invisalign dentists. All educational sessions for the conference are for registered doctor delegates only. For a US $300 per person fee, you may register up to two (2) personal guests to attend the Monday Welcome Networking Session and Wednesday Symposium Dinner. Guest registration is strictly limited to these two events and does not include conference meals or other sessions. There is a limit of two guest registrations per doctor delegate and guest attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
Will simultaneous translation of sessions be available?
Due to the emphasis on roundtable sessions and group discussion, simultaneous translation will not be available. All sessions and presentations will be in English.
What is the dress code for the Symposium?
Business casual attire is recommended for conference events, including the Monday Welcome Reception and Wednesday Symposium Dinner. Casual shoes are recommended for the Symposium Dinner.
When will a full agenda with topics and speakers be available?
A detailed agenda with topics and speakers will be added to this website in late 2026. The Symposium program will have a heavy emphasis on group discussions and roundtable sessions on topics that are pertinent to experienced digital dentistry practices.
